Follow the given steps to prepare the tissue culture media using PCT’s IBA powder:

  1. Prepare liquid tissue culture media using PCT’s MS media (4.54 grams) and add 25-30 grams of sugar, 1ml PPM, and 4 grams of PCT gellan gum or 8 grams of PCT agar.
  2. Then, add the desired quantity of IBA from the prepared IBA stock solution.
  3. Autoclave the medium for 20 minutes at 15 psi and 121℃.
